Framed Art Print | “Chain Rock”

Cynthia I. Noel was born and raised in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. Her love of drawing and painting flourished very early in life and is self taught. Her work reflects a love of the Atlantic Ocean, tiny fishing villages, and colourful streetscapes. 

Cynthia's open edition reproductions carry the "Crafts of Character" symbol which recognizes quality crafts, gifts and apparel made in Newfoundland and Labrador. Her paintings are in collections worldwide: Canada, U.S.A., Australia, Japan, England, Finland, South America, to name a few. In 2010, Her Royal Highness, The Princess Royal was presented with one of her paintings.
